Good people selling a good product. My journey started with Kurt Chase and his guidance. He contacted the dealers of the Makes I wished to test drive. Within a few hours Rick Wick (yep, My journey started with Kurt Chase and his guidance. He contacted the dealers of the Makes I wished to test drive. Within a few hours Rick Wick (yep, that's his name) called me and by that afternoon I was test driving a CX-5 with Paul Pizzi providing information as we drove. Paul is the "anti-salesman." Paul has been working at Classic Mazda for only a few weeks but has been driving Mazdas for years. Mr Wick hired him to provide personal feedback to potential customers. However, he is a quick study and conveyed valuable information. The features and handling of the CX-5 were so impressive, I cancelled my other test drive appointments. With the help of other staff members - Don in finance and Tareq providing all the details and instruction- I was driving home in my beautiful new SUV the day following my test drive. There is no pressure to "buy up" by sleazy salesmen. There are only professional and personable people equipped to provide Information and respond to questions/needs. 30,000 service check-up, etc. done I arrived early and waited until someone was ready to assist me. A woman in service located my information and told me that I will be helped as soon I arrived early and waited until someone was ready to assist me. A woman in service located my information and told me that I will be helped as soon as the person who was assigned to me came in. Chris was the service person who assisted me and was patient, polite, very informative when I had questions about our air conditioner system, and kept me up to date when necessary. Would recommend Chris without hesitation since I waited till my service was completed. My service took 4 very pleasant hours of waiting since I had brought a book with me to read and the time went very quickly. Chris did not like the sound that the Mazda 5 made when he started the engine and informed me that there was probably something wrong with our battery and he was correct. Of course I took his advice and said yes to replacing this battery. I am very grateful for this since our grandson will be riding in this vehicle besides my husband and myself. That you for your A++++++ service. More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet I just purchased a new Mazda cx-9 from Classic Mazda and could not be more pleased with the experience. I was currently driving a Ford Escape and need I just purchased a new Mazda cx-9 from Classic Mazda and could not be more pleased with the experience. I was currently driving a Ford Escape and needed a larger cargo area for my over-sized 4 legged ( dog ) children. One being a 37.5 inch tall great dane. I was not sure if he would fit in the rear cargo door without hitting his back like he did in the Escape. Ryan R. happily insisted I bring him along and let him get in the car before purchasing it. This alone won me over with the staff. Once we arrived I was then allowed to keep my dog with me the whole buying process. The staff were extremely friendly and even brought him a water "bucket". The buying process was easy and fast. They even give you a tour of the service facilities. Customer care was a top priority the whole time we were there. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable care buying experience. More

The first purchase is what I would have considered to be a perfect buying experience but the second was even more pleasing if that was even possible. This dealership has a no pressure, stress free environment where all the employees strive to make you feel welcome. Ryan Rector was my sales guy the first time 3 years ago and I knew I would be going back to Ryan for the purchase this time because of his honesty, friendliness, loyalty and willing to help me find what I was looking for. Able to conduct most of the sale by internet, email, texting and phone calls Ryan was able to find exactly the car I needed. I arrived at the dealership, test drove a car, trade in was appraised, numbers were discussed and financing done in 2 hours. The staff at Classic is first class from the sales manager, Kenneth Roque, to the business manager, Zane Walker, who was able to get my financing where I needed it, but my salesman, Ryan Rector, went out of his way to make me feel like family and for that I will be a customer for life.
