Warranty Service Purchased a Mazda 3 at the end of August from another dealer. AC temperature control developed a minor problem and would not operate correctly. For se Purchased a Mazda 3 at the end of August from another dealer. AC temperature control developed a minor problem and would not operate correctly. For service needed to find a dealer closer to home. Called Classic and spoke to Stacy Pillow in Service. I explained my problem with the AC and she knew exactly what the problem was and promptly ordered the part for the repair. Stacy informed me that once the service department had the part and vehicle it would only take about an hour and a half to perform the repair. Once the part arrived I made an appointment to bring the vehicle in on a Saturday and the service department performed the repair in slightly less time than was estimated. Stacy Pillow was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Plan to return to Classic for routine maintenance on my new Mazda. More
