Good experience. I suppose I'm like most in that I do not particularly enjoy shopping at car dealerships. I got paired up with Joyce and Chad. They really worked with my crazy schedule and were friendly at the same time. They took care of what I wanted, needed and was interested in and did not run me around with a lot of extra nonsense. I was in and out and happy. It's a place I feel like I could stop in ask a quick 5 minute question and leave without being trapped for 30. Easy and friendly to work with. They help you by listening. I would go back. More

We wanted a 2016 Pilot to pull a camper We were going on a 10 day camping trip of 2000 miles a few days after purchasing the Pilot. Terry, Mel, the service dept & the lady that does the pap We were going on a 10 day camping trip of 2000 miles a few days after purchasing the Pilot. Terry, Mel, the service dept & the lady that does the paperwork for car titles were great in getting the Pilot ready to pull our camper. A trailer package had to be added as the 2016 Pilots nor longer came equipped with trailer packages. We had enough time to put 600 miles on the Pilot before hooking it up to our trailer.
