Exceptional customer service! We went to Rushmore Honda because of their wide selection of CR-V’s on their lot. We found the color we wanted and Duke Finck explained the advanced features to us. Unfortunately, the car we wanted had a repair required so we couldn’t drive it home. But Duke and the sales manager Terry Hillman got to work and found the exact car we wanted at another dealership. They arranged for the car to be delivered to Rushmore Honda for us! They both were great to work with and got us in our new Honda CR-V! More

Sheila Malone was able to fit me in even though I had no prior appointment and the Memorial Day weekend was approaching. Sheila reviewed in detail, the list of service operations and cost, added in my additional requests and even arranged shuttle transportation home and picked me up the next morning. Clear and detailed communication is an integral part of any business transaction; Jason Rearick and Sheila kept me advised of progress during the service and Bethany Davis performed a detailed review of the actions performed by the technicians when I picked my car up. The finance department was also excellent. My wife and I weren't pressured into buying products or services we weren't interested in.
