Her return call was prompt, parts came quickly-without an extra freight charge, the total cost was below the initial estimate and the repair was completed before I had a chance to read the paper in the customer lounge! I did look for defects and find none. Bethany, you need to understand that Cranky Old Guys love to gripe. My only complaint about YOU is that your "Perfection" prevents my opportunity to complain. More

He took his time answering all of our questions and showing us the features available with our new van. We were very impressed with how he made us feel like family from the second he met us! Chad was very professional when helping us with the financial aspects of our new purchase. We have worked with Rushmore Honda for many years with our previous vehicles. We have trusted their Service Department and Collision Center. We have always been extremely happy with any work they have completed for us. used honda odyssey purchase We purchased this used van in December of 2016. We assumed that the air conditioning worked on the vehicle, but come May when it was warm enough to tu We purchased this used van in December of 2016. We assumed that the air conditioning worked on the vehicle, but come May when it was warm enough to turn it on the air conditioning doesn't work. When I came in to speak with the used car sales manager Kim he was extremely rude and basically said they wouldn't do anything for me. He insisted that it must have broken between now and then, but I can pay $200 for them to "diagnose it." I will never use or recommend this dealer to anyone! I would never have purchased this vehicle had I known that the air conditioner was totally broken and then be treated by such a rude arrogant manager. I assumed that buying a vehicle from a dealer that everything was inspected and in working order but clearly it wasn't. More

The manager Terry Hillman was a pleasure to work with and he gave me several different options of vehicle to choose from that would fit my needs. The sales representative Paul Rosato was outstanding to work with as well. Paul took over an hour to explain every feature about the vehicle I purchased. I have never had a sales representative be so thorough and know everything the vehicle had to offer. I really appreciated that Terry and Paul were both very honest and professional at all times during my visits at Rushmore Honda. More
Three long hours for buying a vehicle. I purchased a new HRV recently. I called and specifically set up an appt. with a sales person. Arrived on time and had to wait at least 20 min. I purchased a new HRV recently. I called and specifically set up an appt. with a sales person. Arrived on time and had to wait at least 20 min. to be seen. The sales person I dealt with was wonderful. She did her job well. But , I did have to deal with MANY other people throughout the THREE long hours I was there. I was disappointed that the gas tank was near empty when I drove away. The dealership doesn't give out any little goodies such as pens or key chains, coffee travel mugs...nothing with the logo on it. I have dealt with a Honda dealership in Sioux Falls for 20 yrs and their customer service was much better. This is the 7th Honda I've leased, so I have a fair amount of experience with it. Never have gotten a new vehicle without a full tank. In the past, I have had my paperwork sent to my home address to take with me for tax and reg. I called today , nearly 2 wks later, and I was informed it's waiting for me at the desk. Guess I wouldn't have known had I not called. I love my Hondas, but not overly impressed with this recent transaction. Really no reason to not go somewhere else in three years when the lease expires. Again, my direct salesperson did a great job. Very personable and all. But the overall experience left me pretty neutral about it . More
