2nd time in to have transmission looked at. I call and return next day. They state it is a new code and charge $317, wanted to charge $417, but I reminded them I paid for $99 diagnostic the day before. They don’t have part. Return day three. Supposedly fix, now my transmission is jerking, never happened before. I will not go here again. They said they would call when truck done, I don’t hear from them and call in afternoon, they say it is done. When I pick up truck, had to wait 15 minutes for service person to bring ticket so I can pay. More
Terrible place, they do not stand behind their vehicles. We bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX, thought we were getting a good deal. But it has been an absolute disaster since we purchased it. First we were given th We bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX, thought we were getting a good deal. But it has been an absolute disaster since we purchased it. First we were given the run around on the extra key fob. It took approx 5 months to finally get the key fob we were told we would get at time of purchase. We have owned the car for 11 months and it sounds like the front end is going to fall out from underneath it. In March when the noise started getting worse I called to get an appt to get the front end checkout. Being a Lincoln and Lincoln usually offering loaner vehicles I asked for a loaner. I was told they were all checked out. I told them I was concerned about my warranty expiring soon. The service manager (Kathy) told me she would create a ticket and being dated before the expiration date it would be covered. Over the last 2.5 months, I have called a dozen times or better and every time the loaner was not available but she confirmed that my ticket was created and it would be covered under warranty. Today I called and spoke with Chad Sneed and he told me that they don’t do loaners unless it’s a major repair and that there was no ticket created so it will not be covered under warranty. I would not and do not recommend this place for vehicle purchases or vehicle repairs. Anderson Ford, Saint Joseph is very easy to deal with, will definitely be taking my business there from now on. Horrible experience and do not stand by their word! More
