They will not take care of there customers. I took my car to get repaired 3 times for the same issue. When I went to pick up my car the drive side door was broken and window won’t go down. Jess I took my car to get repaired 3 times for the same issue. When I went to pick up my car the drive side door was broken and window won’t go down. Jesse tells me it’s a factory defect. He contact ford and they were only willing to pay 65% of the bill and Jesse tell me the sneed ford won’t pick up the rest. He expected the customer to pay the other 35 % of a factory defect. Mind you he had my 2020 Ford Escape which I bought brand new at that dealership for a week. He tells me that he was done messing with it. He was going to put a couple of ribbit in it and set it out side for me to pick up. He is probably the worst service manager I have ever had to deal with. Need to treat your customers better. He told me to take it to Anderson ford in Saint Joseph Mo. More
One hour and twenty minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I had just washed and vacuumed the truck. After the service, the truck was dirty inside. Front seats and floor mats were filthy and I ha rotation. I had just washed and vacuumed the truck. After the service, the truck was dirty inside. Front seats and floor mats were filthy and I had to revacuum the floors and clean the leather seats. There were oily fingerprints on the steering wheel, on the inside of the drivers door, on the dash, on the outside of the drivers door, on the hood and on both front fenders. There are other dealers much closer to me than Sneed. Will have to consider them next time. A real disappointment. More
The service department (Tim and Patrick) were both very helpful and took the time to test all things that could be wrong.
