The finance guy will try anything he can to talk you into buying an extended warranty. Over and over and over again. The car I was purchasing already had the factory warranty and an additional 12month 12,000mile warranty. But still insisted I buy a 3rd warranty? Seriously! After they finally give up, the tone changes. No more friendly talk, no more laughing, no more smiles. Just turn outright rude if you don't please them for more profit. Will not be returning here ever again or suggesting to anyone. More
