Sold a car to me with a buy here pay here device on it! Disappointed Your dealership leaves a lot to desire. Lack of knowledge and experience by sales person on basic skills in communication about this used unit. I made an offer and was told by sales person that they had $7200.00 in it and would not sell it for less than that and lose money. Not a good move by her since I bought it for 6500.00. I had a question later on before we bought, and I called to talk with a manager and was told.Chad or Carey Sneed, was in a short meeting and would call me back. 2 hours later I called him back and was informed by the receptionist that he got my message and it was on his desk and he would call me. Never did hear from him. Not the way to treat a customer. I say all of this because I had my own business for 25 years and NEVER treated a customer this way by me or my employees Your sales team is only as good as management. No one seemed very happy to be employed at your dealership. More
