Very friendly and great service I didn't realize until I went to title my vehicle that their wasn't a front license plate bracket for my Missouri plates. I called the dealership and I didn't realize until I went to title my vehicle that their wasn't a front license plate bracket for my Missouri plates. I called the dealership and they were very apologetic and got me in on a Saturday to have it installed. While we were waiting for the service department, one of the sales floor employees got me and my husband a bottle of water while we waited and took the time to talk with us while we waited. Not only was the service department very quick on the installation of the bracket, but they also put the license plate on for me and took the time to make our visit very friendly. More

Claudia made it a-ok Overall my experience was not a bad one. My salesperson Claudia was easy to talk to and laid back and made the experience low stress. The business had the owners friend come in to buy a car and put him in the front of the line so I got pushed back and ended up waiting over 3 hours for financing. I hope this was an isolated event and I hope they don't do that again to someone else. They did remedy the situation but the principal is still unfortunate. Claudia was transparent and answered any questions I had. The cars were good however one car had some damage that was not said but I'm not sure if Claudia knew it was damaged either so that is excusable. The dealer is far far out there but the buying experience makes up for it. I've had my car for one week so far and haven't had any issues *knocks on wood*. Overall, I'd go back. If you go, ask for Claudia. More
