Snail Pace/DIRTY Vehicle It took a month to get my car from start to finish. Granted it was my fault for financing with them, but I’d previously gone through ford finance with It took a month to get my car from start to finish. Granted it was my fault for financing with them, but I’d previously gone through ford finance without any issue. But it was laughable how a day would go by and nothing would be done. Even though I’d sent everything they needed, anytime they asked, immediately. The car gets here. It’s filthy. The outside was obviously going to be bad since it was shipped 2000 miles but the inside. Holy moly, it was disgusting. Nothing was ruined or in disrepair, except a headrest (I’ll get the that later) it was all just filth. I’ve purchased a couple of cars in my time and none of them were a fraction of this uncleanliness. The leather is supposed to be a grayish color, it came to me as a taupe. And after my month long wait, I felt it was very irritating and in bad taste to give me a dirty car. I know that a Ford dealer has means to properly clean a vehicle and they just decided, eh no. So I get to cleaning it, I have my extensive leather cleaning and conditioner kits and an hour and a half later, I can see the gray starting to come through. Except for the passengers headrest, where the previous owners hair product started to deteriorate the leather. My leather cleaner did well enough job, but it needs replacing. And it didn’t come with a temporary license. More

Good once we were there. Normally wouldn't have shopped here, but they had the exact vehicle we wanted. Couldn't test drive more than a few miles because the car didn't have any gas in it. They were really nice once we were there, though. Claudia was finishing another deal and got us taken care off right away. She worked hard both on the phone and when we were there to make sure we were happy with the deal. Derrick did what he could to get us financing we were happy with and made that process quick and easy. More
