Very friendly and professional dealership; however, they were so busy on the Saturday I was there the staff couldn't keep up. Unless you got time to spare, I suggest going during the week. Rich Souza would be the salesperson to deal with, but they all seemed to be very friendly and professional. Don't let the size of this place intimidate you...they've got golf carts for transportation. :>) More

I live 3 hours away from this dealership so I was very happy when I learned that they were willing to negotiate over I bought a 2013 used mustang gt. I live 3 hours away from this dealership so I was very happy when I learned that they were willing to negotiate over the phone. We worked out a price that both sides were happy with, and also agreed that if there was anything out of the ordinary wear and tear of a used car that we would revisit the price. The entire process was smooth and efficient. My salesman, Mr Souza, was professional and friendly. The one and only complaint I have was that the car was not detailed. This was partly my fault, as it was storming, and I arrived later than expected, however I feel like the car should have been cleaned and filled with fuel as soon as I made it back from the test drive and said I would buy it. Very small issue. Overall this sales process was very pleasant. More

Overall Satisfied Found a truck that I was interested in so I called to confirm it was still available before making the 90 minute drive. Dave confirmed it was there and I told him we would be there around 2:00 to take a look. Arrived during the designated time and Dave had the truck available and we did a test drive. After returning, my wife, two kids and I sat down with him and made a deal on the truck (less than 10 min). Real quick process along with the help of Rick. Would definitely recommend working with them again. However, within the negotiation we were to get a new set of tires as two on the vehicle were damaged. The service department took 3.5 hours to change 4 tires. Mind you I had two kids under the age of 4. Nonetheless, we got the tires changed, made an awesome deal and received good customer service from the sales staff. More
