Unfortunately, my first car had so many problems that Ford ended up buying it back but Dennis and his team made sure that I was taken care of. As with virtually all dealerships, the financing department is pretty sketchy so I strongly recommend arranging financing beforehand. My 849 credit score "qualified" me for a 5% interest rate on a brand new car? More
