Horrible customer service I never before wrote a review for any reason, but this time I definitely had to. My wife and I bought a car a few months ago from this place; the car I never before wrote a review for any reason, but this time I definitely had to. My wife and I bought a car a few months ago from this place; the car wouldn't start, so the salesman jump-started it and assured us the mechanics checked the battery and everything was k. A couple of months later, I called them, because the battery was bad. I asked them to replace the battery, since they lied to me from the beginning. I called them at least 10 times in 2 weeks; spoke with the manager, and other staff representatives. They kept lying to me they will call me back and get this figured out. They never did. I ended up buying my own battery. I left another 2 voicemails, but never heard back from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If they avoid me for a battery, I wonder what they would do for something more serious than that. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful I was looking for a car online and seen an ad on facebook and liked one of the cars so I went to their website. I looked around at other car dealersh I was looking for a car online and seen an ad on facebook and liked one of the cars so I went to their website. I looked around at other car dealerships and it looked like Dennis Sneed had better price for the mileage that I wanted. We got there and they already sold the car I wanted but Baron showed me others like it and I found one that was a better deal than the one I seen online. The only downside was it took over two hours after we picked the car to get all the paperwork done. More

Our excellent sales rep Claudia was amazing! She was very patient and very attentive. She showed us all the cars we wanted to see and we test drove those that we wanted. She Claudia was amazing!
