Room for improvement This process has not been as smooth as it could be. I traveled from out of state to pick up a vehicle from this dealership to only find out when I go This process has not been as smooth as it could be. I traveled from out of state to pick up a vehicle from this dealership to only find out when I got there that there was more paperwork to be signed by the purchaser that had been overlooked. The vehicle was not ready when I got there, and then when I got in to drive off the tire pressure sensor was going off to alert the tire needed air. Then now we have been notified that the title has been lost and we will need to wait to get it registered. Hopefully they use this experience to improve the areas they lack in. More

Sabrina is the best. Honest dealership. Like most people, I'd rather have a root canal than buy a used car. I did research on dealerships and vehicles for a few months before I went shopping Like most people, I'd rather have a root canal than buy a used car. I did research on dealerships and vehicles for a few months before I went shopping. Then I followed the inventory at the dealerships that I felt comfortable with. As a female, even with a strong knowledge of cars like I have, I am frequently talked down to at dealerships by men. I have purpisely kept cars for a decade or more due to not wanting to deal with the hassle. I even shopped on Carvana in a bid to avoid going into a place to buy a vehicle. Until yesterday 10/24. I went to Dennis Sneed and asked for Sabrina. I saw she was their only female sales associate online so I wanted to try a new experience in car buying. She. Was. Wonderful. Sabrina was completely honest with me from the start. The car I was interested in was a buyback in California. She looked up the entire history of the car and gave me the details before she even mentioned cost and before we test drove so she didn't waste my time if I wasn't interested. She also SHOWED me the history so I could see it without trying to smooth over any of the possible issues. It was so refreshing. She immediately earned my trust. Not a second of pressure. After I decided to go ahead with the purchase, she had the car in the dealetship shop looking over the reason for the buyback. The issue was as simple as an aftermarket product causing problems with the starter. Something I have experienced before when I added aftermarket products onto a car. The shop removed the aftermarket product. I didn't need it anyway. Then she had the car cleaned thoroughly and offered to fill up the tank. THAT is service. The car comes with a 12 month warranty by Ford as the original warranty was expired. So my 2013 purchase will be covered if I have any problems in the next year. Which I am not anticipating as it drives like a dream. I bought a 2013 Flex SEL. And I absolutely love it. It isn't a car that I had considered until I saw it on the Dennis Sneed website and started doing more research. It's a great car. Solid, simple and yet, it has all of the options I was looking for. Heated seats. Sunroof. Space for grandkids. Multiple plug ins for charging. And it looks cool. But I would have moved on if it weren't for the honesty and kindness of Sabrina and the rest of the staff. The owner personally met me and thanked me. It was above and beyond any experience I've ever had buying a car. Wish more dealerships practiced their philosophy. Go here. Ask for Sabrina. She has a customer for life. Thank you so much Sabrina. Terrible sercixe Our car has been in the shop here two times for the same issue, the engine dying and not restarting for about 20 min. The first time it sat there for ten days because one tech was in schooling. Then we paid $338 for wires that were supposedly chewed. The way home that night it died again. We took it back the next day. The manager in the office was very rude and said we would have to pay for further to find out what it was. He said he had no clue what was wrong with it. We asked Kathy if we could talk to someone above the manager. We were told one of the Sneeds would call us back. Instead, the rude service manager did and he was very nice. However he hasn’t done anything g. The lady in the office, Kathy, was very nice. Although her customer service skills are excellent (manager is not), she has not been able to make this go faster. Our car has now been there another two weeks almost. They said they had to wait for a guy in warranty division to get back from vacation to approve paying them for a part to fix under warranty. All this time we have been without a needed vehicle. We asked them for a loaner car and were told none are available. We still do not have our car, nor do we know how much longer it will take to get the part in. They have a sign out front that says something like “of course we know how to fix them, we made them. “. Apparently this isn’t true. We have been so disappointed with this place. More
