Justin made the car buying experience more like a family gathering. He went out of his way to answer all my questions, introduced us to other employees, stayed after hours to complete the deal and he even h gathering. I drove about 7. 5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Dennis Sneed Ford. Overall great experience with Haley Mock and Dave White, both professional and easy to work with 5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Dennis Sneed Ford. Overall great experience with Haley Mock and Dave White, both professional and easy to work with! My only complaint would be this is the first vehicle I've purchased out of roughly 20 vehicles that didn't come with a full tank of fuel and serviced ready to go. The truck (diesel) was on empty and the oil change light was on. I was handed a $20 fuel card which got me less than 5 gallons of fuel and I had to drive over 450 miles home knowing the truck needed an oil change. Would have been a 5 star experience but dropped a star for lack of fuel and service. More
