I found a vehicle online and was contacted by Zach Poling. After dealing with MANY other car dealers/sellers the past 6 months of car shopping, I was kind of OVER the whole car buying experience, but Poling. After dealing with MANY other car dealers/sellers the past 6 months of car shopping, I was kind of OVER the whole car buying experience, but Zach is young and energetic and being only 21 myself, it made the car buying process super easy to talk with him. He was very knowledgeable on the car I was buying, showed me features I didn't know about and had a good attitude the whole way through the process. Their main finance guy, Austin was also super helpful setting me up with a bank that beat the APR rate of my own bank, ended up with a 2.95% APR thanks to Austin! This dealership has a good crew, and good prices. They're all up front and kind working with you not trying to screw you over like some other dealers/sellers would! Baron was wonderful! We had hundreds of questions, he answered them all sometimes twice. Showed us every truck we wanted to see and stayed in our price range. Made an appointment for my transmission recall gave them my car and they told me they would call when they were done. Never got a call so I went to pickup it up for them to tell me they didn't have the part my car and they told me they would call when they were done. Never got a call so I went to pickup it up for them to tell me they didn't have the parts and to schedule for next week when they are in stock. Next week I drop my car off the night before so they have the full day to repair it, that following day I get no call and go there. They tell me they never had the parts and would call me when they got them in stock, it's been about a month and I haven't received any call or notification from them. More

I called Carey about trading cars. He did not have the car that I wanted, so he found one at another dealer. He called me and we agreed on a price.
