Baron was wonderful! We had hundreds of questions, he answered them all sometimes twice. Showed us every truck we wanted to see and stayed in our price range. Made an appointment for my transmission recall gave them my car and they told me they would call when they were done. Never got a call so I went to pickup it up for them to tell me they didn't have the part my car and they told me they would call when they were done. Never got a call so I went to pickup it up for them to tell me they didn't have the parts and to schedule for next week when they are in stock. Next week I drop my car off the night before so they have the full day to repair it, that following day I get no call and go there. They tell me they never had the parts and would call me when they got them in stock, it's been about a month and I haven't received any call or notification from them. More

Lance and the service team took great care of me! I needed some work done quickly and had gotten a quote from another place in Smithville. I called Lance and he said he did not think all that stuff was needed some work done quickly and had gotten a quote from another place in Smithville. I called Carey about trading cars. He did not have the car that I wanted, so he found one at another dealer. He called me and we agreed on a price. He had the car the next day and was clean and full of car that I wanted, so he found one at another dealer. He called me and we agreed on a price. He had the car the next day and was clean and full of gas. At the time of delivery, Carey explained how all of the "extras" worked to my wife and me and was very friendly and patient. I contacted Carey about purchasing a new car and he informed me he did not have one in stock like I wanted. Carey immediately got on computer and found one at another dealer the color I wanted and wit informed me he did not have one in stock like I wanted.
