Poor customer service We purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator from this dealer. Once they received our money, Mr. Sneed would not take our calls or return them. We paid the full asking price and asked for two things (front license plate holder and the entry code). Finally after many attempts to speak to the sales manager an employee, (Donna) that seemed irritated with our repeated calls told us to go to any dealership and they could retrieve the entry code for us. So we did and paid for the entry code and plate holder. Mr. Kerry Sneed made many calls to us trying to sell us, but wouldn't speak to us after the sale. Then I received a letter promising a gift card in exchange for an "awesome review". Lisbeth More
