Baron was a delight--we test drove the vehicle, he explained all the features, and he synched my phone to the car. They transferred plates and other elements from my trade-in to my new vehicle. Ruth made the financials as smooth as silk and gave me some bonus insurance coverage. Weatherwise, it was a beautiful day, and Baron and Ruth made the sun shine brighter for me. They were up front about the vehicle and the costs, and I felt that honesty was as important to them as it is to me.
