Awful Service I went to buy my first car here and the deal was really good. I got it Certified through Ford. Was that a nightmare. The checklist said they did an al I went to buy my first car here and the deal was really good. I got it Certified through Ford. Was that a nightmare. The checklist said they did an alignment and it wasn't aligned, so they lied about that. 3 months later I go in to have warranty work done and it turns out someone didn't do there job and forgot to activate my warranty. Then said then the best they could do was to fix the alignment that should have been fixed the day I bought the car. Will never go back to buy another car here again. More

Their prices were the best in about a 500 mile radius from Kansas City where I searched, and their staff were friendly and very helpful. I especially enjoyed working with Baron Washington and Ruth Espeland! They made my car buying process extremely easy and I can't thank them enough for their help through it all. One thing to note, Sneed Ford does set their prices very low, and they do not negotiate on costs. This was something I wasn't prepared for given my past experiences with dealerships, but given their low price, I was still more than happy to make the purchase that I did! Calex More

Fantastic Customer Service I had been looking for a newer vehicle for several weeks when i found the perfect one on Dennis Sneed's website. Once i decided to go for it i arrived I had been looking for a newer vehicle for several weeks when i found the perfect one on Dennis Sneed's website. Once i decided to go for it i arrived at Dennis Sneed and was immediately met at the door with a very friendly smile and good morning. Baron Washington was extremely professional and arranged a viewing and test drive of the vehicle with ease and made the process a lot of fun. After knowing i really wanted this vehicle, Baron sat down and was very thorough in the paperwork and making 100% sure i was comfortable with my soon to be large purchase. Once we started to crunch numbers, Ruth Espeland stepped in and to say the least was a miracle worker and patiently worked with me until i received the rate and payments that i had to have to be able to drive away a happy new owner.
