We were able to get him a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium at a excellent price and in excellent condition. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions on all the Fusions we looked at. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle had fuel, was clean and all windows had no sticker residue. We were extremely impressed by the customer service he provided. Best Experience Ever!!! We traveled from Glenwood, Iowa in hopes to purchase a Mustang. When we arrived to the dealership we had no idea what we were about to encounter. There were no sales pitches or the feeling of being uncomfortable. They made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. Rich was the best car sales man we have ever met. Hands down. Ruth from financing had excellent customer service skills and was very personable. The enviroment was not dreadful by no means. The owner even spoke to us and we were able to communicate effectively without feeling like we were being forced to purchase a vehicle from him. We knew what we wanted and they made it happen and even in a timely manner. The whole prpcess was efficient and smooth. I will definately be going back to them for any future car purchases. Great dealership all around My husband and I searched extensively for a vehicle that needed to fit our family of five. Sneed Ford had multiple Ford Explorers for great prices. We made the three hour trip to buy a specific 2016 Explorer. When we arrived the one vehicle we came for wasn't exactly what we thought it was (this was due to us not asking enough questions. It was not their fault. It was still a great price for the car.), so we were going to leave since there was another vehicle in Texas that we were interested in. Not only were they more than happy to refund us the $500 to hold the vehicle we didn't end up buying, they found a vehicle that we never thought we would be able to afford at the same price! Dave (David) was very patient with my picky husband, and Ruth, the financial brain, was very helpful while we were there and after we returned home. We got an extended warranty for a great price (this we took home and researched before buying), and we drove out of the lot with a 2016 Explorer Sport in our favorite color. We also got to meet Dennis Sneed (owner) who helped us make sure we got the right price for our old totaled vehicle from our insurance agent. Even though this dealer is located in a somewhat rural area, it is worth the drive. We travel to find great deals for all of our cars and will keep Sneed Ford first if we ever have to make another car purchase (we are hoping that won't be for another 10 years after the deal we got!). Having the peace of mind that our car is worth more than we owe is a wonderful feeling! More
