Worst customer service EVER I am unsure how when you have confirmed your desire to buy a car, you have completed the financing, and are waiting for the day to come down and get i I am unsure how when you have confirmed your desire to buy a car, you have completed the financing, and are waiting for the day to come down and get it, that they sell it out from under you! What is that. Somehow I do not think that is even legal. We repeatedly asked about a deposit to hold the truck and yet, they opted to sell it and send an email saying, oh too bad, your truck is gone. This place should never be allowed to treat another customer this way! When you confirm, do everything you should do, and they do this.....what morals and ethics does this place have!!! Stay away! They clearly do not care about their customers. More

Although they were busy, he took great care of us, let me drive and look at several cars and answered all my questions! I never felt pressured to buy like many other dealerships had made me feel. He was honest and open about anything we asked. He helped make sure we got a car we wanted and needed and did an amazing job fitting it in our budget. When we picked up the car a few days later he stayed late and even helped my husband move our belongings from my old car to the new one. We will def be back to this dealship next time! They are the nicest, easiest people to work with. It was definitely NO hassle. Two weeks ago my husband needed a new car, so we didn't hesitate to call Richard. He had two Edges for us to look at...my husband drove both, picked one and we were out of there in just a couple of hours.
