Terry cost me over an additional 800 dollars in rental car fees because he would not return my vehicle to me. Then 17 days later with no change to the vehicle he allowed it. They did give a partial discount, but not enough to cover the fees they caused. Additionally, part of what was covered in the insurance adjuster’s notes was a 200 dollar detailing which was not done. Terry told me it was the insurance company’s fault and they owed me 200 dollars. After I contacted my insurance Terry agreed it was his and his team’s mistake, and would not refund my money that same day even though I had not left the lot. He was supposed to mail me a check which has not arrived over a month later. Tldr, Dennis Eakin Kia cost me over 500 dollars in fees, and services that they said they performed and did not. The detailing issue very much feels like a scam. More
Showed up for an “appointment” for a recall repair to be told it would take a few hours to replace a fuse! Got home within 10 minutes just to get a call saying my car was ready.
