I was about 10 mins late for my appt. I live 30 mins away and under estimated my arrival time. Upon getting there I wasn’t sure WHERE to go but figured it out…this took me another 5 min I live 30 mins away and under estimated my arrival time. Once I pulled up I wasn’t greeted by ANYONE (even though a couple of workers walked past me) until my tech came out FUSSING that I was late then she went back inside. I proceeded with gathering my things then she came back out AGAIN saying if I didn’t hurry up I wouldn’t be seen. Extremely RUDE! I told her she could TAKE THE KEYS. Once inside I could HEAR HER talking about leaving RIGHT AT 5:00…REGARDLESS. Before then I didn’t know yall closed at 5:00 on Saturdays. Had I known I would have made the appt for earlier. Had some questions but didn’t asked because they obviously were READY TO GO. This was my 1st appt here with my new car. Needless to say…it was also my LAST!! I WON’T BE BACK!! My 1st impression was a bad one since the only person I talked to was my tech. I’m GLAD I didn’t get the maintenance plan this time!! Not driving that far again for foolishness. More
