My wife and I bought our 1st new car from Dennis Eakin Kia in 2015, it was a Sorento and we had very few issues in the 7 yrs and 195,000 miles we put on the vehicle. We had only two things come up in 7 years and both times Dennis Eakin Kia took ownership and with not cost to us they fixed them quickly and correctly. A few weeks ago I decided that it was time for my wife to have a new vehicle again so we went to Dennis Eakin Kia and yesterday we bought a new 2022 Sorento EX Turbo. We worked with LaShanda Wilson the entire time and not only was she very professional, she was also very knowledgeable. She worked with us to find what we needed and never once tried to push something on us that we did not want. While completing the contract, what is normally a boring and painful experience, Mario Sense made the most fun I have had in a while....SERIOUSLY!!! Mario made sure we were able to hit the price point we needed, while also getting us everything we needed to make this a deal what we felt totally comfortable with. We even received top dollar for our 2015, 195K mile, Sorento we traded in. My family will only buy Kia's and we will only buy them from Dennis Eakin Kia!!!
