Advisor didn’t discuss any part of the service when picking up the vehicle. Dealership has no room on the lot for cars. I had to navigate my vehicle out of a tight spot instead of getting the keys t picking up the vehicle. Dealership has no room on the lot for cars. I felt like the whole time it was up to me to insure my car was fixed. Also, I was never called, I was the one making all the calls from start to finish. Harolyn was excellent and made sure the service was completed as soon as possible. They were very busy, but still completed the work in a lot less time than I expected. Holly and manager Chris have always been great about helping with all of our issues since buying the car. The dealership is garbage. We were ripped off by our finance guy and were sold a car with multip helping with all of our issues since buying the car. The dealership is garbage.
