Friendly service personnel. Holly kept me informed of the process and progress being made. Clean, slightly uncomfortable, waiting area - although I did appreciate that the Olymp Holly kept me informed of the process and progress being made. Clean, slightly uncomfortable, waiting area - although I did appreciate that the Olympic Games were tuned in on the TV. Constant bustle with rotation of vehicles needing service. My wait time was incredibly brief compared to previous visits to both University Kia (Waco) and Dennis Eakin Kia (Killeen), which was very appreciated and pleasant. More
