I find the dealership always in such clean condition. And the service advisors can be welcoming. The average wait time for me is about 2 hours when getting my car serviced. Not bad at all. I am happy with the service they provided. They couldn't find an issue with my car but tried testing it out multiple times and even asked if I would go drive with them to replicate the sound. Holly was more than helpful. I don't put that many miles on the Soul in the 6month period so she explained to me how to keep the service up to date. It will keep my "Pearl" running smoothly for my life time. I was told the amount of time it would take to service my car and found it only took a fraction of that amount!
