Carly was good about the sale. I was misinformed about a few things and was told a carfax I never received. Left with a plug in the wall of the left driver side I had to replace. P I was misinformed about a few things and was told a carfax I never received. Left with a plug in the wall of the left driver side I had to replace. Promised fresh oil I never received. Felt like I was conned as well. After trade in,(14000) I was told 24k for the car loan came out to 31k(original price) intrest 41k. Told I have services and warrenty bur I was told to contact else where. Also was told I had GPS on the car. However I can't connect because it's still connected to previous owner. I got sold a used car not ready for a new owner . I purchased a new car and sold it back to xxxx. Nobody really cared they rushed it all and I was out by 1300. Plenty of day left. More

Harolyn was excellent in the fact she kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle and she has a great personality. I really enjoyed the interaction due to her professionalism and courtesy. Of with what was going on with my vehicle and she has a great personality. Often times when an establishment is totally swamped with customers it can feel like they are herding cattle by getting customers in and out with little to no updates, only letting you know when your vehicle is done, getting your money and then you are out the door. She took the time to walk me to my vehicle and requested that I look it over to make sure that everything was okay and thanks me for trusting her with our vehicle.
