I said I would recommend this dealer for service but there are a lot of things that they need to overcome as a business. I made an appointment to drop my car off to be worked on during the week. The there are a lot of things that they need to overcome as a business. I made an appointment to drop my car off to be worked on during the week. The scheduler told me I would need to bring it back for alignment even though it would be there for a week. I had to speak to a supervisor to get that corrected. I heard from Will the service advisor once. I had no idea my car was done. Will also told me things like they would check the Freon levels in my car but speaking with Terri this wasn’t something they would actual do if there wasn’t an issue. My car was ready for pickup however it ended up buried in the parking lot and my keys were lost upon picking it up. The minor things that have gone wrong for me are all things that could’ve been handled more effectively with proper communication amongst the staff and myself. There should’ve been no reason a car I scheduled for pickup Saturday morning ended up buried in a parking lot with the key no where to be found. More

Holly was very helpful I had to have my car because I had a meeting I had to go to. She made sure I was out of there in plenty of time to get to the meeting.
