Harolyn was able to get our car in the morning after we called. After it was diagnosed as needing a new AC compressor, we were told that the part would be in the next day and service could be completed the called. After it was diagnosed as needing a new AC compressor, we were told that the part would be in the next day and service could be completed then. Harolyn arranged for a Lyft deiver to take me home, even though I live almost an hour away. The next day I received a text letting me know that the service was completed and that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Harolyn did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the process. Outstanding customer service at Dennis Eakins Kia. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for other dealerships to figure out how to treat customers well. More
