Terrible customer service even by Service department manager I was told that I needed to bring my car in to see what part was needed for a recent recalled part. I asked if it could be looked up without bring my I was told that I needed to bring my car in to see what part was needed for a recent recalled part. I asked if it could be looked up without bring my car in before the part arrived and was told no that I would have to make two visits. One to see what recall part was needed and another to install after the part arrived. So I arrive and wait thinking it would take an hour as nothing was being done. Two hours later when I ask if my car is ready yet the employee tells me it is taking longer because they are hand washing it and vacuuming they had finished looking up the part over an hour ago. So when I finally get my car back along with a snide comment from the service employee saying I can not dictate how long it will take for your car to get washed, my car is given back to me unwashed and not vacuumed. I didn't care if my car was cleaned yet if I wait an extra hour for that to happen you would think it would. I talk to the service manager and he says in a somewhat smirky tone "I'm sorry" is a somewhat smirky tone of voice as if I shouldn't be upset after waiting two hours. The worst part, I called the Mazda 800 number and find out my car did not have to be taken in to their shop in the first place. The recall part could have been ordered without the visit. I love my Mazda but would never buy a car from this dealership due to the experience with the service employees. More

After talking to the dealership at Dennis Dillon, and the staff ( our salesman was Rick), we felt really comfortable due to them not being pushy and being very honest. We spotted a 2015 Mazda3 with a “Best Price offer” that seemed incredible, so we set our sights on that. We still wanted a second opinion from Team Mazda, so we drove out there looking for similar cars that we had test drove at Dennis Dillon. We ended up having them give us an offer of an older car for almost double the price of a 2015 Mazda at Dennis Dillon. They also told us that Dennis Dillon would never offer the “best price offer” ad. So we then went back to Dennis Dillon and met with Rick and sat down and went over price, apr, etc. They offered us a price actually lower than “the best price” as we went through Mazda financing and my fiance was a college graduate. We sat with Rick for a couple hours then went home to think about it. We came back in the morning, and they had actually gotten our APR down further, so we solidified the deal. Everything and everyone was very open, enjoyable, and honest . As first time new-car buyers, this was incredibly easy. I would honestly recommend anyone to go to Dennis Dillon Mazda-Kia if you are looking for a Mazda or Kia, because this was a truly great experience. More

So I'm paying $24,000 for a car that had a sticker price of $15,450. It's my fault for letting them bully me. I should have walked out. I only hope you will!!!!! Put this company out of business! I received in the mail a card from Dennis Dillon saying they would buy back my 2012 GTI for 120% above Black Book. They gave a specific number, $22,778, as the amount they would pay me for my GTI. They listed several Kia options and pricing, listing a Soul for their internet pricing, whatever that is, but gave an example. When I went in I should have known there would be issues because my sales person asked me if I knew that the trade value listed on the card they sent me was just an estimate? I said that is a pretty specific estimate. I went to the dealership within the sales event dates. Before buying I wanted to run it by my wife with the plan to come back before the event expired. I called my sales lady and told her I would come back, when was most convenient for her? During this discussion she put me on hold and when she came back said, "We can do this deal anytime you want to come back." Since I worked a ton last week I asked if it would be okay to get the sale price on Saturday. She said yes, no problem. I just got home from wasting 2 hours there. First thing she says is, "Well you know the sales event has expired?" I reminded her of our conversation and she said oh yeah, she'll work it out. She comes back with a sales manager who is carrying the card with the fine print, telling me the event expired. I told him about my conversation with my sales lady as well. He says ok, they will get as close as they can. I did explain to him that I was frustrated that they are pushing back on the trade value and backing down on the agreement to extend the sales event for me. Anyway, he comes back. "You're going to be more frustrated. Your trade is worth $14,000." Are you kidding me?! I know for a fact KBB is $18,304 for its condition and mileage! Oh, and I called the sales manager, Mike, to discuss. Didn't care a bit. Gave me the same BS over and over again. Then he tries telling me that those cards were wrong and it was the advertising agency's fault, they used Retail instead of Trade-In. Seriously??!!! Because the big dealership doesn't proof or approve their advertising before being sent out???!!! Yeah, Mike, I really am stupid!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!! They will waste your time, have no respect for their customers and just want to hook you and rip you off, all of course, in my opinion More

After receiving extensive engine service from Dennis Dillon Nissan Service on our Nissan Pathfinder 3/19/14, our vehicle broke down on Highway 80 between Winnemucca, NV and Reno, NV on 3/22/14. We heard a loud noise in the engine compartment and lost power steering. After our family spent 4 hours in the desert waiting roadside service, we were towed to Reno, NV arriving at 10pm Saturday evening. Our Nissan was left with Nissan of Reno for repair-which wouldnt be completed until the next Wednesday. We spent the night in a motel (this was supposed to be a one day drive) and rented a vehicle to continue our trip for a California family Spring Break vacation. On our way back home to Idaho we were informed by Cal Trans requiring snow chains for the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We purchased chains to fit the rental vehicle on the way. If we had had our Nissan Pathfinder, we would not have been delayed with the purchase and subsequent tire chain application, causing us to miss the window of opportunity to pass thru the mountain range before Cal Trans closed the highway sending cars back West. We then had to spend the night in a hotel waiting for the highway to clear (this was supposed to be a one day trek). Dennis Dillon Nissan failed to successfully screw on the radiator fan, causing it to fall off and disengage the serpentine belt as well. This also resulted in loss of power steering. We submitted an invoice of our out-of-pocket expenses incurred during this experience, but Joe Mueller of Dennis Dillon refused to pay. More
We purchased a Mazda 2 from this dealer and negotiated the deal via email, telephone and fedEx'd contracts-- then flew in and picked up the car and drove back to Oakland, California. Don't even think about trying a trade in here. I have a 2006 scion avg trade in of 5800, they offered me 3120 and wanted 2500 more down.
