We tried to purchase a vehicle at this dealership we did the application on line to get ahead of things and we got approved for a loan true a credit union but they told us in order for the credit union to g the application on line to get ahead of things and we got approved for a loan true a credit union but they told us in order for the credit union to give us the loan at a good rate we needed to purchase a 4k extra warranty plus gap insurance the last time we checked financial institutions don't require the customer to buy this in order to get finance. Definitely an old dealership trick to make extra money from the customer. Did not purchase Won't recommend this dealership More
I was interested in purchasing a 2023 Kia Telluride from this dealership. I asked for a out-the-door pricing when I noticed a $7500 surcharge. When I asked what it was they told be it is a market adjustmen this dealership. I asked for a out-the-door pricing when I noticed a $7500 surcharge. When I asked what it was they told be it is a market adjustment mandated by Kia of North America. Since this vehicle was a "want" and not a "need" I questioned the validity of this and contacted Kia Motors of North America. They said IT IS NOT A MANDATED CHARGE but said because of limited inventory some dealers have added this charge - IN OTHER WORDS THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS!! VULTURES!!! More
