How they treat elderly people. Tye, the finance person had me signing paperwork, boy was I shocked extra charges. $4212 Extended Warranty, He said like a New Car Warranty. price in Tye, the finance person had me signing paperwork, boy was I shocked extra charges. $4212 Extended Warranty, He said like a New Car Warranty. price increased $6,723.50 * car fax promised and not given * signed, drove to Nampa, no windshield fluid in reservoir. bought 1 gallon poured it all in and still couldn't see it..bone dry. * 2 coolant res. 1 below minimum level * Found 1 recall not done. Bumper.com report showed posted Nov 11th, 2022. Got it done in Nampa Kendall Auto Mall, 2 days Feb 20-21st. Replaced SC256 Power Relay Assy.Did multi-point inspection. Found Cabin air filter needing Immediate Attn. * taken to Dennis Dillon on Fairview Service Manager Chris to look at the oil. he insisted they did an oil change, partonized me explaining about oil, only brought it to his attn. because it was low, and black on a white paper towel. the windshield fluid was low, so maybe the car had not been serviced as he thought? He continued to talk about fluid differences in color like I was a child. I told him about the sticker on windshield said it was to be changed July of last year. Further suspicion that the car had not been properly serviced. He said they don't put stickers on anymore (they put one on our windshield when they changed the oil at a later date) and then Chris volunteered that they had replaced the windshield. We were unaware of that being done on the car. (later we found that one headlight is new) * tires were cracked Feb 21st showed Chris there was a nail in the side of the tire. Chris proceeded to tell me there is construction everywhere I could have picked it up right after leaving the lot. They pulled it out, turned out it was a staple. Entry point was where tread met the side wall. The tire stayed up. I got upset with him, didn't want to talk to him anymore because he was telling me what I was saying was normal goings on. I told him his service he supposedly did was not evident to what I was seeing. I wasn't rude, I thanked him for his detailed explanations and reassured him that I had been taught how to care for a car, fluids and all. I turned and left. Made the trip to Boise to be told I wasn't seeing what I was seeing. Grr. * got two front tires new on Feb 28th in Nampa *March 8th Jeanie to Dennis Dillon request tranny & oil change. *March 25th oil change (0W 20W. mileage 89,674 at Dennis Dillon. receipt says including tire rotation. But the 2 new tires are still on the front. They did brake inspection. * April 3rd my calendar says we took the Kia to Dennis Dillon to have the Tech look at the cooling down, lunging when take foot off the brake etc. * May 3rd - To Dennis Dillon Engine temp drops to cold after idling more than 5 min. Then takes 20 min to come back up to normal operating temp. If cabin heater is on at 73 degrees it blows cooler air in as if at 63 degrees. at same time it shows engine temp on cold. happens all the time, we have to have it on 80 in heater just to be warm. Told this is normal when shifts from motor to battery or ? * we reported on same visit vehicle lags when taking off from a stop & rpm's rev high w/ no acceleration, then takes a time for vehicle to engage "unable to duplicate customer concern." They cannot check the transmission fluid level. It is a sealed transmission. That's why Dennis Dillon was saying we needed to replace it. They kept the car for a month, we begged for a loaner but they said they had none. * we reported headlights out of adjustment please align. They said they did the alignment but it is the same as when took it in. * same visit: reported vehicle pulls to the left when braking in & brakes growl when letting off the brakes from a stop ***The Tech noted on our receipt suspect the noise is coming from the transmission. See pictures on my Google review. So much not here. Tried to get in touch with the service director or GM. No call from either..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Back in September 2022 we were working with the Caldwell Ram Dealership and let’s just say their service department and warranty repair suspension mechanics are clueless. They jacked up my 2017 3500 Ram Dua Ram Dealership and let’s just say their service department and warranty repair suspension mechanics are clueless. They jacked up my 2017 3500 Ram Dually so bad it needed a whole new front right end at 37k miles that would wear out a front right tire at 15k miles and Dodge wouldn’t even cover it and told us we should take Dealership to court as they did not make the repairs correctly and would not warranty the truck. I am glad that day we worked with Peterson Stampede Dodge as they took the truck in on trade and gave us more than we purchased the truck for back in 2018. I do feel bad for the DD salesperson that started to work with us when we decided to just trade in the truck at Dennis Dillon after we found out the cost of the front-end re-build. She found us a couple of trucks we liked but then was told by management that they would not take our 2017 Ram 1 ton on trade. Now fast forward to 6/20/23 we had the worst experience car shopping at the Kia dealership trying to help purchase a car for my daughter. I know it might be hard for companies right now to hire quality employees, but I can tell you that DD hires/re-hires some real clowns now. Not sure what kind of funny business their finance desk was trying to pull over our head. We inquired about a 21k car then it turned into a 25k car when it was all said and done. They didn’t even pull my credit and told me it would be 8% and that was the best rate from ICCU. I bank with ICCU and after talking with them and using the payment calculator I could get a 5.3% and get the payment manageable for my College Student Daughter not to mention I qualified for Dodges Zero % interest rate on Ram 1500 eight months ago because we have outstanding credit with good paying jobs. The smug looks coming from Rudy (xxxxxx salesman) and the sleaze ball posture tells me everything I need to know how miss managed the Kia Dealership is and more than likely their other dealerships in the valley. They have a lost customer for life from my immediate family and I hope many of my friends never do business with them… I will say that the crew over at Canyon Honda (Dennis Dillon Owned) are solid people though. Please do not leave your car at this dealership for repairs, they are not trustworthy and will break things and say that it was not them. They broke my passenger side front window while it was in their repairs, they are not trustworthy and will break things and say that it was not them. They broke my passenger side front window while it was in their facility and said that there was no way anyone from their shop could have broken the window and it could only be a high-speed rock chip embedded in the window, who even knows how that's possible. When I spoke to their Repair Manger and mentioned that I might have to take this to small claims court to get them to pay for my window he said it was fine because he is familiar with the process because he goes to court at least once a month. Please do not take your car to any of the Dennis Dillion dealerships for repairs, you will regret it! More
Worst Kia dealship ever! The service guy couldn't even answer a simple question. I was completely ignored after they tried to rip me off. They don't truly care about the car The service guy couldn't even answer a simple question. I was completely ignored after they tried to rip me off. They don't truly care about the car owners. My car needs a complete engine replacement at 85,977 and they tried to act like it was normal. Worst customer service. More
So bought a 2 year old car with 13,000 miles on it from Dennis Dillon in Boise and a tire was flat the next day. Had slow leak which I'm sure the dealer knew about. Went to put the spare on and there was n Dennis Dillon in Boise and a tire was flat the next day. Had slow leak which I'm sure the dealer knew about. Went to put the spare on and there was no spare or Jack. Dennis Dillon claims that used cars do not have to come with spare tires and they won't give me one. So I have to spend $400 and some dollars on the spare tire kit that came with the car when it was new. I would never buy another vehicle from Dennis Dillon. More
We tried to purchase a vehicle at this dealership we did the application on line to get ahead of things and we got approved for a loan true a credit union but they told us in order for the credit union to g the application on line to get ahead of things and we got approved for a loan true a credit union but they told us in order for the credit union to give us the loan at a good rate we needed to purchase a 4k extra warranty plus gap insurance the last time we checked financial institutions don't require the customer to buy this in order to get finance. Definitely an old dealership trick to make extra money from the customer. Did not purchase Won't recommend this dealership More
