Make promises they never intend to keep. both the salesman and the sales manager. Said they would resolve an issue and call back. Never did this place sucks and does bad business. I wouldn't both the salesman and the sales manager. Said they would resolve an issue and call back. Never did this place sucks and does bad business. I wouldn't in a million years do business with lying employees especially managers. They promised a man who lives in his truck a gas voucher and he gave them everything they asked. It's been 2 weeks and no voucher or call back from either of the employees that promised. Any dealership who is more interested in making money and could care less about the people that pay their bills, the customers. Deseves to be boycotted and ran out of business. Give the poor man living in his truck what you promised him and quit lying. Bad business I say. More

Their pricing is competitive with independent repair/service shops. #2. They answer text messages and emails promptly. #3. They make appointments again via phone, text or email and they offer flexible scheduling options #4. When performing service or maintenance they provide a video of your vehicle showing important areas that are in good working order and items that require attention. #5. They typically have a minimum of 4 or 5 Service Advisors so when you pull into their service department there is no waiting on an employee. #6. Lastly, I cannot over emphasize how impressed I’ve been working with Harry Rood (Service Advisor). Harry has great communication skills and is always available to answer questions. We bought a 2024 Kia Soul on March 26, 2024, were rushed through the papers signing, but not until after 6 hours, and their mixing up which vehical was being purchased. Then, a KEY FOB stops working. We had through the papers signing, but not until after 6 hours, and their mixing up which vehical was being purchased. Then, a KEY FOB stops working. We had less than 1000 miles, but after dozens of calls, no one would call back to give us an appt to fix the problem, which was under warranty. The Mgr was left messages, as was the service dept. To date, weeks later, no one will call us back. We live over 2 hours away, and needed the repair done. Then, a cyberattack hit dealers across the U.S., so another so-called reason to not reply back to us. However, during said cyberattack, we were able to reach Pocatello Kia, who manually set up a warranty appt for this month re: FOB. They were courteous and helpful immediately. SUGGESTION: BUY YOUR KIA IN POCATELLO!!! More

Received a bait and switch. We test drove a car. We went home and discussed it. The next day we called and were told that we could walk away for a maximum amount out-of-pocket o We test drove a car. We went home and discussed it. The next day we called and were told that we could walk away for a maximum amount out-of-pocket of 6000k and not a penny more. We made it absolutely clear we would pay no more than that. They said great come on down. The sales manager came over and said no and suddenly it became $7500 with option to finance through them. Wow how shady can you get? No thank you. More

We kept in contact and he let me know one was gonna be ready in a few days earlier this week. I didn't think we would like it as it had red interior! 🤣 Fell in love! He and my husband battled it out and I got my sportage! Absolutely love it! We had a blast talking with the guys there. Probably could have been done a couple hours earlier if it weren't for all the talking but it made the experience fun. Thanks guys! More

I went in for two problems. The back hatch wasn't opening and the Bluetooth on my phone wasn't connecting. The service advisor told me a vehicle upgrade would fix both problems. The back hatch wasn't opening and the Bluetooth on my phone wasn't connecting. The service advisor told me a vehicle upgrade would fix both problems. Needless to say I had to pay 200 for a diagnostic check which ended up showing the back hatch assembly was bad. I agreed to pay 500 if that was really the problem, they reassured me it was. One day went by with no communications so I called to find out the service advisor was fired. Somebody should have communicated that news with me but instead I was left hanging. A new service advisor was assigned and told me the repairs were due to happen the next day. The new part didn't fix the issue so they said it was going to cost me another 1100 for a new fuse panel. I wanted the hatch assembly to be removed and the old one back in and they said that wasn't possible, I had to pay for it regardless if it worked or not. I felt trapped and not wanting to waste 500 dollars I agreed to go another 1100 just as long as the fuse panel was going to be the final solution for the fix. I was told that they exhausted all other possibilities so it had to be the cause. It took a week to get the part in but finally got the car and a bill for 1600 dollars. Even though everything I went through the manager said that he couldn't lower the cost more than 125 dollars regardless of how long it took to get the car back and not getting the price I was originally quoted. BUYER beware Dennis Dillion Kia on Fairview service department is NOT to be trusted. More
I bought a 2024 Telluride from Dennis Dillion Kia. It was a horrible experience. The sales person was very nice. He however would never give a clear answers, did not listen to us, and always had a man It was a horrible experience. The sales person was very nice. He however would never give a clear answers, did not listen to us, and always had a manager talk to us since he did not know answers. He said the vehicle would not have any miles on it, which it had 20 miles on it. He would not answer questions directly, and did not respond to calls or texts in a timely manner, or not at all. Customer service called us asking how our purchase experience had gone even before we finalized the process. Also, they said they were going to tent the windows free of charge due to their poor service, the windows came tinted from the factory. They said they were going to bring $100.00 gas card when they dropped off the wheels we had replaced, they did not, and said it would be mailed. They had has see the finance manager even though we paid cash. He then tried to sale us an extended warranty, basically stating the warranty it came with sucked. He then used the ridiculous over top expense of the vehicle over the years to get us into an extended warranty. I called him on it, and just blew me off. Dennis Dillion Kia in Boise, Idaho was the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle More
