It will be a snowy day in the middle of the Sahara desert in July, before I do an more business with Demontrond Kia dealership. I have a specific need for a special kind of vehicle. The Kia Sadona see desert in July, before I do an more business with Demontrond Kia dealership. I have a specific need for a special kind of vehicle. The Kia Sadona seemed to fit the bill. (I am a veteran and need a vehicle to transport my mobility scooter). I called the dealership to check on the availability of the 2017 Sedona that was advertised on the internet. When I arrived at the dealership the experience of went downhill rather quickly. The salesman informed me the vehicle was in the shop being prepared for sale, we waited an extraordinarily long time for him to return with the vehicle (it was long enough that I was prepared to leave.) The car still had a broken window which was to be replaced.I don’t know how long the car had been on the lot but it was clearly not ready for viewing. Then the finance negotiations started, I explained that I was pre-approved for a loan, but the finance agent made several hard credit searches for a loan (which put my credit in a nose dive) then the agent came back with a deal that was much different than the one I was approved for, it was with the same company that I had the approved with. The percentage rate and the time span was quite a bit different, which cost me several percentage point and money. I was not happy but the vehicle was important to me.After the finances where taken care of the salesman told me that they need to finish up the preparation work, it took another 5day. When I finally went to pick up the vehicle the salesman only had one key fob there were supposed to be two, I waited 45 minutes and he still couldn’t come up with the key fob, it has been twelve days now and no key fob.The warranty you provided doesn’t cover it because it was lost by the dealer and not by the owner, so it is going to cost me $400 according to the parts department from another dealership.(I don’t trust the DeMontrond dealership to provide one.) On top all this when I got the car home that evening I noticed a large scratch on the passenger side rear door, ( the whole door had to be painted),a large scratch over the rear tail light and the front bumper guard was damaged to the point it had to be replaced total bill for bumper and the scratches $3500 dollars. The salesman claimed it was perfect when it left the lot which is nonsense because it didn’t happen on the way home.I didn’t notice the damage while on the lot because it was late and I was pissed about the key fob, and in fact I am extremely unhappy about the whole situation, I have been driving for over 67 years and I have never been so disrespected and lied to by a car dealership ever before, not that I haven’t been lied to by a dealership but never to this extent. This dealership is garbage DeMontrond Kia. I will never take another vehicle back to the Montrone Kia due to the garbage service that I receive in the service department. There’s no communicat I will never take another vehicle back to the Montrone Kia due to the garbage service that I receive in the service department. There’s no communication and the employees there even management give you the impression that you’re bothering them and they do really don’t care, my vehicle has been in the service department for three months with little communication about what’s going on and every time I called up there it was another story was thinking about purchasing another Kia, but due to the garbage service that I’ve had at several KIA dealerships. This Hass to be far more the worse. Their attitude suck they act like you’re bothering them in the service manager. She is just as bad telling me information that’s not even true on my insurance claim this location is garbage and the general manager really needs to take a fine tooth comb, on the hiring process, you’re losing business behind your employees More
Was serviced by Chris Mason is the worst. Very terrible attitude. Was bothered to go retrieve car from the back if I was not intending on buying. I absolutely was ready, in fact bought somewhere else that day. This guy has no reason to be in sales. Raised his voice talking about me having an attitude. I will further be raising this to corporate. I would NOT RECOMMEND for anyone go here until this person is removed. More

Declined service on the hose and door latch, and the bill came to $261. I asked to speak with the Service manager but was told there wasn't any on premises. I refused to pay for the diagnostics ($200 to tell me I needed a new $20 hose). Sad thing is that earlier I had talked with a sales rep about trading in for a new car here - but the entire experience with their service department left me with a bad taste. I had purchased this vehicle at this dealership and had recommended it to others. NEVER AGAIN! More
I was not taken care of. I originally applied for the jeep through my lender (group lending services). The offer was $1000 down payment for $500/month for 72 months. Thom I originally applied for the jeep through my lender (group lending services). The offer was $1000 down payment for $500/month for 72 months. Thomas advised that the lender wanted $2500 downpayment and I advised I only could do $1000. Thomas then stated that he could work with $1150 down payment and I accepted that offer. However, when I got to the dealership and signed the paperwork with Tom; I then get xferred to the finance guy (who didn’t seem thrilled to have me as a client and who was rude and had not a care in the world if he could be of help or not and he also questioned my paystub as if I’m a crook. I had to call my manager to prove I worked) only to find out the offer was $1150 down payment for $658/month. I was disappointed as I was not advised by tom of the new rates for my vehicle. The percentage rates went from 14% to 18% I believe. Moral of the story I was not given transparency in regards to the offer Tom was secretly offering me. I had no idea I wasn’t going with the offer the LENDER had given me. I was bamboozled only for my credit to take a hard hit by 4 of your lenders when Tom secretly sent the application. I was only expecting to go through the lender I had chose. The representative advised that this would be escalated to a manager and I have yet to hear from one‼️‼️ More
Dealer is adding $$ over MSRP for current market conditions and their low inventory. While the salesman was nice, he mentioned incentives for purchasing while on the test drive. Came back to office conditions and their low inventory. While the salesman was nice, he mentioned incentives for purchasing while on the test drive. Came back to office to negotiate the deal and the incentives were no where to be found. They added an additional $6000+ over MSRP so they can "pay their bills". More

I apologize in advance for the length of this post, but I believe it is necessary to fully and accurately describe my experience with this dealership. They get one star for Miguel. Positive Experience wit believe it is necessary to fully and accurately describe my experience with this dealership. They get one star for Miguel. Positive Experience with Miguel I first made contact with a salesperson, Miguel, on May 14th, 2021 to inquire about their stock of Carnivals – specifically, the SX trim with Astra Blue exterior and Dark Gray interior. Miguel confirmed that none were in stock, but he did expect one matching this exact configuration to arrive on May 21st, 2021. To ensure I would be able to purchase this vehicle, I placed a $1,000 USD deposit with Miguel and he assured me that my deposit would not only reserve the vehicle for me, but would also lock me in at the sticker price, $43,020 plus TT&L, with an estimated purchase price of $46,000 USD. To be clear, Miguel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. He was truly a stand-out salesperson and I would love to work with him again in the future. However, my experience with Demontrond after initially placing my deposit likely prevents me from ever purchasing a vehicle from your dealership again. Worse yet, I feel compelled to warn others to avoid working with Demontrond as well. Inexplicable Delays As mentioned above, the vehicle matching my requested configuration was scheduled to arrive on May 21st. That day, Miguel contacted me to let me know the shipment had been delayed due to inclement weather and had been rescheduled for delivery the following week on May 28th. Unfortunately, the 28th turned into the 30th, a Sunday – a day when your dealership is closed. Then June 30th turned into the 31st and the 31st turned into June 7th. Each time the shipment was delayed, I was patient and understood these delays to be out of Miguel’s control. Wrong Car Finally, on June 2nd, I received a call from a Demontrond Sales Manager (Hassan) saying that my car has arrived. He was kind enough to send me photos of the vehicle, but I quickly noticed that this car did not match my requested interior color. Upon speaking with him, he confirmed that he had ZERO incoming inventory matching my requested color combination for the foreseeable future. At this point, I was quite frustrated and no one was able to explain how this happened. I passed on previous opportunities to buy this car from other dealers because I had a deposit with Demontrond and wanted to stay true to my word that I would buy a car from Miguel. Plus, in the weeks that passed, the demand for the Carnival far exceeded the supply and dealers started raising the prices above MSRP, leaving me with very few choices, so I reluctantly agreed to purchase a Carnival that did not match my preferred color. Objectionable Sales Tactics I drove the 30 miles to the dealership on the same day to see the car in person. It was still covered in plastic and would not be ready for me to take delivery until the following day. While still sitting at the sales desk, I was brought a summary of the final pricing and saw an extra $1200 for “admin fees” and $300 for window tint (which I did not request). The sales manager could not identify or itemize a single cost contributing to the “admin fees” and after failing to do so, finally conceded that it was a way to recoup the lost revenue from selling the car at MSRP. Although I appreciated his honesty here, I was less than impressed with how dismissive he was of my patronage by implying that I was “lucky” to only be charged $1200 because he has “another customer willing to buy the car for $5k over MSRP”. I calmly explained that another customer’s priorities do not and should not influence my finances. He basically told me to take the “deal” or leave. Despite this terrible customer service experience, I signed the pricing agreement and planned to return the following day (June 3rd) to take delivery of the vehicle, expecting the worst to be behind me. Finance Bait and Switch I arrived shortly after 5:30pm on June 3rd to meet with the finance officer and take delivery of the vehicle. My purchase experience with Demontrond quickly turned from bad to worse when the finance officer informed me that I would not be “allowed” to finance the purchase at the advertised 1.9% APR through Kia Motors Finance and would instead be forced into 3.25% APR at the behest of the Sales Manager, despite being more than qualified for the lower interest rate. After going around in circles with the finance officer, he finally offered what he believed to be the truth: Demontrond management was using the higher interest rate to recover even more profit from selling this car for MSRP. Each of my requests to finance at my qualified rate of 1.9% was rejected, costing me an extra $1,000 in interest. They have some good people, but management is actively hurting this business. More
Where do I start, terrible service and as many other people has commented in here, they are deceiving. I applied online, the price was good, when I contacted someone they told me they couldn’t honor the people has commented in here, they are deceiving. I applied online, the price was good, when I contacted someone they told me they couldn’t honor the price, that there was a mistake in the system, after they have pulled my credit report. I wish all of the costumers could collectively sue them for bait and switch. More
