The dealership is definitely on the high end , offering all kinds of higher-end luxury brands, including mid-level vehicles. The showroom is clean and nicely laid out. the staff seems friendly. And there was no pressure to upsell me any additional services during the buying process. It is a bit of a challenge however to negotiate on the Internet pricing. But I guess if you're already getting a fair price, that is to be expected. The vehicle we purchased was nicely cleaned and detailed prior to purchase. Overall, a very good buying experience!! More

My only comment for improvement was the cars were not clean. I looked at multiple cars at your facility and every interior was very dirty and steering wheel sticky. Not sure what solution you use to clean (maybe armor all or something like that), but every interior I looked at was very poorly detailed. Exterior of the cars were also very dirty - rims had brake dust on them and overall exterior of the car was poor. Most of your customers are looking for high-end cars, you would sell more cars at higher prices if the cars were prepared properly. All cars should be show-room ready at all times. More
