Grateful I have to say dealing with deluxe has been challenging but rewarding. Why I say this because I had the pleasure of buying a car which I loved my snoww I have to say dealing with deluxe has been challenging but rewarding. Why I say this because I had the pleasure of buying a car which I loved my snowwhite a ML 350, at the time of purchase it had 22 inch rims/wheels. It was purchased with an extended warranty, after many good miles the car needed work. Warranty company voided the claim and terminated the contract based on modification(rims/wheels). When We contacted deluxe after many grueling hours and many jumped hoops from both parties I am proud to say deluxe came through. Helping me get exactly what I needed to make me happy. To make my family drive a safe vehicle. They took it upon themselves to correct this mistake. A company should be judged by how they handle an obstacle or an issue a customer might have, and at this time I can say Deluxe came through. Thank you for allowing us to feel secure, safe and at peace while we drive. Thank you for allowing us to express our frustration and never giving up to make sure we as the customer felt heard and understood. Great experience After weeks of searching for our next car we decided to go with Delux. Initial phone call was placed to inquire about a certain vehicle. Sue called us back the next day and asked if we would like to come in and view. We agreed and we received a follow up call from Kevin. We arrived at the very impressive showroom and was greated by Kevin at the front door. We was shown the car and offered a test drive. Kevin left us alone as my wife and I negotiated between ourselves. Then it was down to the deal. To be honest, We were dreading it. From previous experience with dealers, It normally takes multiple hours of waiting and back and forth. Not with Kevin, he had the prelimary paperwork complete within the hour. Before we knew it, we was in underwriting. An hour later we were in our dream car on the way home. Kevin was polite, not pushy and very professional.
