I then started looking for him, found Deluxe, and let me tell you, it’s been a pleasure from the first phone call with Janie and Liz, to the salesman Kevin, To the Capital One finance guy, Al the sales Manager, and last but not least the service manager Mike, he was AMAZING went over and above, gave us new brakes and rotors, cause they were not great, but didn’t HAVE to. And original Mercedes parts too. He was a total gentleman, and took care of me with class...I had the car checked out by Mercedes-Benz and they said it was in great shape. Thanks guys! Really!!!
