Don’t buy from them beware On 4/21/18 I got a Bmw 650 from them they was very nice upfront after I paid that all changed. A day after I got the car I noticed a few things wrong On 4/21/18 I got a Bmw 650 from them they was very nice upfront after I paid that all changed. A day after I got the car I noticed a few things wrong my main concern was the blue smoke coming from exhaust. Called them was told I have a warranty no problem I dropped the car off on 4/25. I’ve been calling checking the status of the car every time I called it’s I’ll call you back never got a call back after 3 days so I rolled up there walked in the service department nobody knows why my car was there. I became in raged that my car was at this dealership for a week and nobody touched my car I live in North Carolina its costing me money to get a hotel room plus I’m not working because I’m not home. After they see me in rage 1 of there technicians gets in my car and drives it inside as if they are about to fix it which was a joke. I demand to speak to someone in charge I then heard one of the guys say to a manager “ that Car should of been sold as it “ are you kidding me!!!! My head gasket on the car is shot and anybody that knows about cars knows that it’s not a cheap fix PLEASE LEARN FROM WHAT IM GOING THUR AN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless u have the car u wanted checked about before you give these guys a dime now I have to take legal actions against this place. Bout time I get my car back my temp tag will be expired and I’ll be having to make my first payment it’s sad STAY AWAY More

Ease of Service I would give this dealership as a whole a 3 out of 5 stars. I knew what car I wanted and they made it happen. Charles was the sales representative. He I would give this dealership as a whole a 3 out of 5 stars. I knew what car I wanted and they made it happen. Charles was the sales representative. He was amazing! The other staff did not seem as willing to help both the day I came to look and the day I came to purchase and wrap up the deal. The "checkout process" was longer than expected. I called ahead to make sure it would be a quicker process (1.5 hour ahead call) but only one staffer can complete the process and its not Charles. If all of the associates were like Charles, Deluxe could have gotten the 5 out of 5. I havent driven home to Pa from Nj yet, so we will see how the car itself hold up. Thanks! More
