Poor Customer Service Typical Dealership where they reel you in just for the sale... Purchased a BMW and I chose to have the original Manufacturer inspect the vehicle prior Typical Dealership where they reel you in just for the sale... Purchased a BMW and I chose to have the original Manufacturer inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing it as a piece of mind and some extra insurance. Noticed a cosmetic defect after leaving the dealership on the dashboard and advised the sales person about to see if by chance and out of good faith they would take care of it. As expected, they could care less and basically just gave a pat on the back disregarded the request. I will never again use this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. I have dealt with other 3rd party dealers and they have been more than happy to help and in turn get the respect of the customer, future sales and referrals from family and friends as well. i will NOT be referring anyone to them at ALL. More
