I was very scared to purchase a car out of state, but the process was way easier then right here in my town. They took car of me and got my new benz shipped so fast! I have been in touch with 3 people in this place and no one has gotten back to be . I gave them my info to run my credit and since Friday I have been waiting to hear back of being approved for a car I was one has gotten back to be . I gave them my info to run my credit and since Friday I have been waiting to hear back of being approved for a car I was interested in and they have been ignoring me. I called several times and sent emails and no reply back. I feel uncomfortable giving all sorts of personal info and ssn number to this dealership and they ghost me . This place is about 1 and half hrs from my home so I had asked them to let me know if I am approved and wanted a appraisal for trading in my car before I waste my time driving there and not be able to get the car. It's Tuesday and still haven't heard back from them. I am in doubt now if I will go forward with even doing business with them. On top the sales associate made some comments that I found offensive.
