I purchased a 2019 BMW M5 from Deluxe Auto Sales two months ago. At the time, they did not have a second key and the L-key for the primary key. They told me not to worry and they would order the keys an months ago. At the time, they did not have a second key and the L-key for the primary key. They told me not to worry and they would order the keys and have it mailed to me. After two weeks I started following up, and the manager Jose told me to go to BMW myself and order the yet (I was thinking ...ok fine). After I ordered they key I sent them the receipt in order to be reimbursed. Jose and other staff gave me the run-around for 4 weeks now. I have literally emailed Jose over 5 times and he has responded with "let me look into it". I have also called more than 5 times and each time someone tells me they are looking into it. At this point, I am left with no choice but to show up to the show room and demand my reimbursement. STAY AWAY - totally unprofessional and a joke of a "luxury dealership". More
