They did a hard inquiry on my credit for a car I was ready to buy, then they said it “had engine problems” but they kept that listing up which felt like a bait and switch. They then sent me a link to another car on their website that I said I’d be interested in. I had a closer look and the second car had frame damage reported. They didn’t even follow up with me, I was actually gonna give them another chance but it seems like they don’t know how to run a decent business. Wish I would’ve dug deeper into the reviews. Such a waste of my time and false hope, and unnecessary credit inquiry!!! More

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This was a horrible experience. We couldn't find anyone to help us. Waited around for over 30 minutes for a sales person at 10:30 am. All were filthy and not even cleaned out inside. It was such a bad experience we decided to use Facebook Marketplace so that we could buy through a private party that was prepared to sell us a car. Deluxe Auto confused me, when I arrived for my appointment regarding the vehicle I was interested in, they told me that this car isn't good or ready, as it hadn't passed SMOG inspection and theref appointment regarding the vehicle I was interested in, they told me that this car isn't good or ready, as it hadn't passed SMOG inspection and therefore, showed me another car. I inquired about a lexus. They asked me how much down I had? I told them $1000. They did not have the class or courtesy to respond!
