I brought my car almost 2 months ago & my check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing. Toyota says they can’t do anything about it because my car is under warranty at Hyundai BUT. The people are nice, but I have an issue with my 2023 Toyota that I identified a TSB that would address the issue. But because the issue is intermittent, they would not install the software (firmware) up Toyota that I identified a TSB that would address the issue. But because the issue is intermittent, they would not install the software (firmware) update to the vehicle. The issue involves the auto-stop function not restarting, but an error message is issued. The vehicle must be shut off, then restarted. They could have done the right thing for the customer, but didn't. The vehicle is still under warranty. It would seem that if they were genuinely service (and customer) oriented, they would have simply installed the software fix since the error had already occurred. Instead did not and we (my wife) will have to deal the the stress of the issue reoccurring and possibly having someone rear end us because of how impatient other drivers are today. Not pleased with the result. I am currently considering getting another vehicle and Toyota is not my first choice at this point. More

We had a 12:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to tra change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to trade in our car which we told him right from the start was NOT going to happen. I had to get really rude with the salesperson and order him to walk away! Hopefully the new owner can get this shoddy service department straightened out. More

Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again.
