Knowledgeable, friendly, professional I was extremely unhappy with Napleton West Palm Beach Hyundai and there are no other Hyundai dealerships nearby. I found many salepersons who really don't listen to what I want, they are too busy concentrating on what THEY want to sell me. Mr. Silverman actually listens! I didn't know if I wanted to lease or buy and Mr. Silverman helped me that decision too. I thought i was going to have to pay all the incidental fees (always involved whether buying or leasing) but, since I qualified to 0% interest, Mr Silverman suggested I add it all to the loan--GREAT ADVISE! I couldn't believe it! I drove out without laying out a penny! AND I LOVE MY ELANTRA and Mr. Silverman has a permanent new client! He is honest, professional, and friendly. More

Amazingly no pressure sales Wayne Arcos is there to help you buy a car, help being the operative word. And plenty of car knowledge on top.
