Several minutes later, Michael Shaevitz contacted me via e-mail. I told him what I was looking for, and within an hour, had all the information I needed to make my decision. We were greeted by Jeff quickly but there was no pressure. We were directed to the internet department but there was a queue, so we went back to the main building and was introduced to Jeff. Jeff and we went out for a test drive with the only model (not the trim level we wanted) that was in the inventory that day, but a quick search by Jeff and two days later we took delivery on our new car in the color and the trim level we wanted. Between the test drive and the delivery, the communication was great. Jeff was very personable and eager to accommodate, answered our many informed questions with aplomb. The car was brought in from elsewhere in Florida after the numbers were worked out. We bought our check book that day just in case everything would work out the way we envisioned. It did. 90 minutes after we set foot in the dealership, we put down a deposit and left happy. I would recommend Delray Hyundai and Jeff Bolt in particular. Fred More
