Pandemic Car Leasing So, my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe’s lease was almost over. I called DELRAY HYUNDAI and spoke to Sadko Lakovic. Being quarantined for over a month I was no So, my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe’s lease was almost over. I called DELRAY HYUNDAI and spoke to Sadko Lakovic. Being quarantined for over a month I was not happy about the timing of the end of my lease. No problem, Sadko said he would text me info on the new Tucson I thought I wanted. I told him what my budget was and I am now the extremely happy driver of a new car. I tried my neighbor’s new Tucson first, but was happy anyway to be offered a test ride at my home. I had a choice of having the new car delivered to my home or picking it up. Tucson is priced unbelievably great considering all the features that come with the car. The interior is beautiful, and dashboard has a simple, sleek, minimal look. The car has plenty of pick-up and a really smooth ride. Thanks Sadko and Delray Hyundai. See you in 3 years! Oh yes, and oil changes included! More
Poor Customer Service Hello, I had my car repaired at the Delray Hyundai dealership. My engine was replaced (no fault of mine). It took 36 days to repair due to the parts n Hello, I had my car repaired at the Delray Hyundai dealership. My engine was replaced (no fault of mine). It took 36 days to repair due to the parts not being available from Hyundai. I had to rent a car for the 36 days. Hyundai Pre-Owned reimbursed for the required $350 that they offer on rentals. Per the Service Advisor at Delray Hyundai, and the contact from Hyundai Certified Pre-owned, the dealership/Hyundai would reimburse for the remainder of the bill which is approximately $825.00. To date I have not received the remainder of the monies owed me or even a return phone call to update me to the status of the check. I have called the Service Manager, many, many, many times in the past few weeks only to have to leave a message for him and not get a return call. The engine failure was not my fault and having to rent a car for 36 days was not my fault. The dealership has to step up to the plate and make this right. Also, just an fyi, when I picked up my car from the dealership the toll change that I kept in my closed middle compartment was stolen from the car. The Service Manager was made aware of this. More
