Alan Silverman responded quickly. I then asked specific questions about the vehicle, pricing and financing. Alan responded immediately with no additional hard sell baiting. I scheduled a visit, not intending on leaving with a new car, but, Alan was super, honest and up front. I left with my new Tucson. Very happy camper. More

BEWARE - DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES. Negotiated a purchase for a new 2020 G80. Agreement included dealer deducting from the purchase price the last lease payment of $450 on my leased 2017 G80. When purchase for a new 2020 G80. Agreement included dealer deducting from the purchase price the last lease payment of $450 on my leased 2017 G80. When signing the papers with the finance department I failed to notice that the $450 deduction was not included. After getting home and carefully reviewing all the paper work I realized that the $450 had not been deducted from the purchase price. I immediately called Frank the salesperson and he said that he had thrown away the deal sheet and did not remember the deduction. I then called Assistant Manager Tom Chillis who said he would look into the matter but never called back. I then called General Manager Frank D'Arrigo who had sent me an email requesting that I write a favorable review of my experience. I called and emailed him several times and he never responded. I then called Genesis Corporate headquarters and they were very helpful and made two calls to the dealership and were told that the $450 reduction taken into account on the purchase price. Although they were nice to deal with said they sorry that they were unable to get the dealership to refund the $450. We have been a Genesis and Hyundai family that has purchased or leased 8 automobiles over the past 15 years. If Delray Hyundai treats a loyal customer the way they treated me on this issue I would recommend that you go to one of the other Genesis dealers in the area. More
