I paid almost 450 dollars to have a broken drivers side mirror replaced. They replaced only the glass and left the exterior. Ok, so maybe they replaced the inside part, that is broken and why the thing fel mirror replaced. They replaced only the glass and left the exterior. Ok, so maybe they replaced the inside part, that is broken and why the thing fell out in the first place. Nope. Today the glass fell out and the SAME inside is there. They did NOTHING but stick a piece of glass on a broken mirror. I am waiting to hear from them on what they are going to do about this. ! More

Worst car service in over 30 years. My car was towed in becase the Check Engine light came on and the car idled very rough and the quit. I put in on my Codr Reader to the problem. Driving home from Delray Hyundai the Check Engine light came on again so I returned to the dealer. The Service Rep was very understanding and said they would check it again. Turns out they forgot to complete the repair and said that I would not have to pay any more since it was their fault. So far so good. Then things went bad. He said he would call me back before they closed.Nobody called. I left messsges. Nobody called. The next day I called, my Service Rep was not at work that day. Nobody knew anything. Finally they said, they found my keys so my car must be ready. When I arrived again nobody knew anything. Finally they found the keys. I asked for the paperwork to see what additional work they did. Again, nobody knew anything! I decided to give up and asked where my car was parked. Again nobody knew anything! I said give me a hint because the parking areas surrounding the large building held alot of cars. The dealer I used to go to before I moved would always have someone direct me to my car. The Service Rep then got really nasty and to me, "How should I know where your car is? You know what it looks like. So their attitude is, We have your money, now we don't care, just get out." From now on I will drive to the Coconut Creek Hyundai dealer an hour away that I used to go to before I moved, and bought 3 cars from. This was my first and last time at Delray Hyundai. For $1000 I should be treated better. ALEX Castano was the original Service Rep who was good. I don't know the name of the nasty guy this morning when I picked up the car. The overall impression I left with was a disorganized sevice department. More
