Update - I've spoken with the service department, and left a message. I am waiting for Richard Thomas to return my call. The service department person was very personable and helpful, and I am hoping this gets resolved. It is possible the assemblage (which I paid for) is still in the box in the shop and this was an oversight. Update - It is 6:30 p.m. I have made two calls to this dealer, have still not managed to speak with the service manager. I left two messages, no one has returned my calls. Update - Still no call back. I have pictures of the before and after "fix" and it was not "fixed". I will be happy to edit my review and post a positive one, if this gets resolved. I had dealt with this dealership for 6 years and have always has a good a positive experience, until now. However, paying over 400 dollars to have my mirror "fixed" and having it fall off not long after leaving the dealership is not a positive experience. I had a broken mirror. I have pictures of it. I have pictures of it now. It is still broken. This is not 'fixed'. UPDATE: And here is the POSITIVE REVIEW review I was hoping to post. There was a little error in the repair. They acknowledged it, treated my proxy with respect, got right to the problem and I should have my vehicle back and fixed by the end of the week. Richard Thomas is a rock star.

Irate Customer responded

When I arrived home from the dealer service again the brake lights stayed on even with the engine off and the ignition key removed. I removed the ground cable from the battery so the battery would not be dead the next day. I reconnected it in the morning. So back I went to the dealer to have that fixed. Alex said it was not connected to the Brake Light problem. I wonder. However, he did not charge me for it which I appreciated. When I got home, and knowing that they may have disconnected the cable again while fixing the new problem, I checked the cable and guess what, it was loose! Ok Never Again, Again!
